Pasture Lane is a site from our sister company Lambert Bradley. To make sure this site was viable we carried out feasibility studies and researched the area to determine the need for new housing.
Through negotiation with the North East Derbyshire county we were able to secure an adjoining site to be included in the local plan. Our engineering team created unique drainage and highways solutions and our design team worked tirelessly to ensure a well-constructed design was submitted and approved. This site was then packaged to be sold to a developer once we were confident of the benefit to our client and the local community.
